September has been and gone already? We can’t believe it either. Here’s what we’ve been up to at River & Bear…

Rum Fest

We saw our client, UK Rum Festivals, hold their final rum festival of the year, Exeter Rum Festival at The Great Hall in Exeter. There were lots of exhibitors showcasing their rums to consumers- we hope they all had a rumderful time.

Extra, extra, read all about it

The PR girls have gained coverage for the events we have been working on. Up North on the Huddersfield Examiner and down South on Wales Online.

Freshers Promo Campaign

Carrying on from last month, we have been working with Ola Cabs to assist them in the activation over freshers period. Look out for our staff, candy floss machine and lime green balloons!

Kingsgate Student Lock In

We made our annual trip up to Huddersfield to run the Kingsgate Student Lock In which saw over 3000 students through the doors for an evening of discounts and freebies.

House of Caws

Our sister company, Street Food Warehouse, have launched their next event, House of Caws, which will be in Unit Nineteen, Swansea. It’ll feature five traders all with a cheesy focus. The event runs on the 26th and 27th of October and you can get your tickets here.

New girl on the block

This month, we have an extra member of the team, Bronwyn Wheatley. Bronwyn has just graduated from the University of Reading with a BA in French and English Literature and is looking to gain experience in the world of PR. She will be our PR & Marketing Intern for the next few weeks!
